  1. What is the Fundi Shop?

The Fundi Shop is an online platform where students can purchase essential items for their academic journey, such as laptops, tablets and smartphones. It provides a convenient way for students to obtain the tools they need to succeed in their studies, all in one place.

 

  1. How does the Fundi Shop work?

Students can browse the products that are available and add them to their cart. Once shopping is completed, a consultant will make contact you for the loan application.

 

  1. How do I register on OSS?

To register as a user, visit the Fundi Shop website and create an account. We will need your full name, e-mail address, a password of 5 characters, your gender and at least one contact number.

 

  1. How do I buy something from the Fundi Shop?

Find the product you wish to buy

Keyword search boxes are located on top of the page of the website. When you find a product that interests you, click the title or name of the product to see its details.

2. Add to cart

Found the products you want to buy? Click on Add to cart. Your shopping cart contains all the products that you have selected to buy. Once you’ve added a product to your shopping cart, you can go back and keep searching and adding to your cart. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the cart button at the top right of any page on the Fundi Shop website. Products have to be in your shopping cart for you to check out.

3. Checkout

3.1. Click Proceed to Checkout after you’ve reviewed the items in your Shopping Cart.

3.2. If prompted, sign in to your account or create a new account if this is your first order.

 

  1. What payment options are available for the Fundi Shop?

Our monthly instalment options range from 12,24 and 36 months per device or package chosen; however, all payments will be deducted directly from the payslip.

 

  1. Can I cancel my Fundi Shop order?

You are entitled to cancel your order prior to the point at which you receive delivery of your order. Should you wish to return the product thereafter, you can do so in accordance with our Returns Policy

 

  1. How do I cancel my Fundi Shop order?

Get in touch with us on 0860 55 55 44 to cancel a processed order.

If the order has not yet been finalised on your order page, it can simply be cancelled by going to your online profile and cancelling your order.

 

  1. How long does delivery take?

On average, 3 to 7 working days, although this is subject to availability of stock and if all the relevant documents have been submitted during the application process.

 

  1. What are the next steps once I have placed an order on the Fundi Shop?

Students will be required to complete their online application after they have placed an order via the Fundi Shop.

 

  1. How do I track my order?

  1. Where do I send my device queries or enquires?

You can contact tech@fundi.co.za for any device enquiries.

 

  1. Does Fundi offer device insurance?

Unfortunately, we do not offer device insurance and therefore encourage all our clients to take up their own insurance on their devices.

 

  1. What is the T&C regarding study device warranties?

Each supplier provides a one-year warranty on all devices. A one-page outline is included with delivery to the client.
